Apple Patents, far to many?

hello, first post, please gentle me .

have spent best part of past 2 days reading this website, apple seems have been granted many patents, it's mind-blowing, don't know if it's me or what, but, seem apple trying stop competiton, mean is, appears, me is, want patent retail/product wise, pine tables in stores (that 1 get's me) apple's latest ios patent win (well appeares me) hurt android customers, it's going come point where, apple own many patients, there no alternative competition products on market, end?.

in regards apple store layout, how can hold patient several pine tables in store?, if clear me please, amazing.
