How much better is the 2.8gHz i7 than the 2.4gHz i5?

i don't know computer hardware, bear me

don't play many games or anything... use computer msoffice, cad work, browsing web, , watching movies/netflix.

notice difference between 2.8ghz i7 processor , 2.4ghz i5 processor in 13" mbps? i'd go 256 gb ssd, being expensive, it'd nice if opt lower-end mbp.... different notice between low , high end 13" mbp processor...

basically, on computer processor speed effect? , notice difference between these two??
