hello all,
went down bootcamp path , installed windows 7 professional.
imac 2011 entry level: 21.5-inch, 2.5ghz quad-core intel core i5, amd radeon hd 6750m 512mb. upgraded ram 12gb.
reason wanted windows play steam games on computer (namely fallout , skyrim). after getting , running, ran supposed graphics issue amd cards don't play nice dual monitors. had slow, continual screen tear/refresh line present. nothing did worked , there games (or time movement on screen). after searching days, solution turn off secondary monitor (in case, hdtv). don't know why, worked.
before solution, messed around outputting game hdtv because honestly, rather play on it, @ computer screen.
have 2011 samsung led lcd. run imac through mdp adapter hdmi tv.
can "play" enough, seems there weird refresh/timing issue. instance in fallout if looking around, stutter , try catch up. head turning right , turn first 3 seconds, , on fourth, small skip , stutter screen bit.
has experienced issue? here game running lower end mac hdtv?
