Would love some help w/ this, I know someone has gone through this...

i made 1:1 clone of hardrive using carbon copy cloner. begin process of putting in new hardrive , i'm like....???

know how physically in there , closed not sure after that. when starting computer what.....?


(on side note apple 'geniuses' told me install snow leapoard , run time machine, "uhhhhhhhhhhh that's best option really?")

if cloned old hdd formatted new hdd (in external enclosure), doing physical switch enough. power mac , see, how boots new hdd, though prevent confusion, don't connect old hdd yet.
