I think I broke my keyboard. Can I save it?

the standard keyboard came g5 no longer works. cleaned windex , 1st , cleaning has gotten in 7 years. of windex ran down inside keyboard , got inside flexible circuit board under rubber contacts. opened , wiped off new found dirt , few drops of windex never dried. of silver contacts corroded , black.

put , of keys work. usb ports on keyboard worked. there can more keys working? or, lost cause? has else been through this?

i try cleaning internally alcohol based cleaning product. double check connections make sure nothing loose or broken.

if still doesn't work after that, thing can suggest give time dry out. might have made short windex someplace. late though man.

use alcohol based cleaning product on electronics. white sprit or other of thinner have been better used, though melt/damage softer materials.
