Resize BootCamp Windows 7 Partition?

alright, here's deal.

before going engineering @ school, decided partition drive in order run windows 7. unfortunately, assigned 80 gb windows. now, running out of space.

know can decrease size of mac partition, not increase size of bootcamp partition. i'd know safest , effective way increase bootcamp partition.

here details it:
-format: ntfs
-80 gb
-has multiple programs on (visual studio, age of empires..skyrim...etc..)

heard there system called winclone, heard can unreliable?
also, have external hard drive, i'm not sure if compatible windows partition. example, can take files windows , put on external, cannot take files external , put on windows (which might problem...)

can me out this?
