just in case needs this.

every lockscreen/homescreen widget install had own wallpaper. way change ifile wallpaper.png file in theme. quite troublesome if ask me.

wallpaper jpegifier can downloaded cydia makes easier change wallpaper anytime want.

download cydia, after edit html file theme image point /var/mobile/library/springboard/converted-lockbackground.jpg or homebackground.jpg

thereafter, choose wallpaper in settings, re-spring , volia, wallpaper has been change!

quick , easy ever after!

 

i second this. changes wallpapers/themes must-have tweak. i've used on both ios4 , ios5 , works perfectly.
