Restoring backups after jailbreaking

i have jailbroken before (for tethering reasons , 3g unrestrictor), have 1 question. in times past, when want remove jailbreak , go normal "os", have had little trouble restoring phone up. (last time ended restoring new pain) have icloud backups, mean can restore phone icloud backup without need pug computer? also, restore things game progress? (i dont want have unlock of thoes angry birds levels again!)
