MacBook pro late 2011 fan is always on!

hello macrumours forum,

purchased 15.4" macbook pro, 2011 model , fan on! did 2 smc resets, pram reset , factory reset still didn't relieve problem. have limited warranty on , wondering else can do?

additionally, fan turns on second macbook on , audible. no apps running.

help!

additional info: doing factory reset, fan on , stayed on afterwards.

 

the fans meant on, otherwise notebook overheat. if fans off broken.
