possible to change order now that it's shipped?

so got order in on launch day , it's been shipped (in nashville right now). suspect unit has been in nashville before placed order in huge warehouse ton of other units. hold there until needs leave house precisely on 16th.

possible change order form 16gb 32gb @ point? there no option on apple's website wondering if called apple if allow me change that. ideas?
