HELP! I'm officially dumbfounded with my sudden data connection issue


i'm having sudden issue of last friday (2/10) makes no sense me, @ apple store, , @ at&t's tech support. please feel free offer advice or experiences may have had possibly me resolve this.

background: i've had iphone past 3 years or so. started 3gs, 4, , got 4s on launch day. past 3 years of owning iphone, while @ work have listened 6-8 hours of streaming internet radio every day, along using phone normal things email, facebook, twitter, etc. have never had issues of phones or at&t service, until last friday. i've had 3-5 bars of at&t 3g signal strength day 1 of owning iphone.

issue: of sudden, of last friday when got work, couldn't connect internet on phone @ all. couldn't stream anything. trying check email take several minutes, if go through @ without timing out. phone worked fine before got work on 3g, worked fine after out of building , parking lot bit. signal never got lower 3 bars of at&t 3g. no changes have been made our building of sudden cause issue. also, there's 2 co-workers have at&t iphones, 1 3gs , 1 4. neither of them have problem connecting at&t data network. it's apparently me. when i'm inside building work at. can not figure out going on, after 3 phone calls , 2 web chats at&t tech support (the 3rd call tier 2 rep), here's things i've tried solve problem:

1.) many power cycles/reboots of device
2.) removed sim card multiple times
3.) reset network settings
4.) cleared history, cookies, cache, etc
5.) did phone restore via icloud
6.) went apple store phone replaced through warranty , got new sim card at&t on same night
7.) after restoring new phone backup of previous phone , having no success, i...
8.) did restore new device
9.) several times, at&t people re-activated phone(s), included receiving "welcome at&t wireless..." text new customers receive
10.) more resets of network settings

there may 1 or 2 steps i've tried i'm forgetting. none of these steps have eliminated problem. admit today, sporadically connect enough check email, or twitter updates, or stream minute or of internet radio. connections extremely short-lived, , extremely sporadic. affects imessage. normal texts , phone calls go through fine though.

nobody @ at&t seems have clue problem be. worked fine years , then, of sudden.....poof! no more internet of kind me. me. @ work. anywhere inside building. nothing affecting 2 other at&t iphones in building, , nothing affecting data connection anywhere else other @ work. it's not equipment; it's been replaced. it's not at&t; have signal , no issues anywhere else. tried suggesting at&t reps maybe there settings/parameters/configurations on account behind scenes somewhere possibly causing this, told that's not possible.

so, beg of you...if have ideas, suggestions, experiences or whatever, please post them. driving me crazy!!!! :eek:
