iphone sim in new iPad lte

ok have iphone 4s att, paying lot of money per month on data plan. want speed of 4g let not want have 2 data plans.

i'm pretty sure the sim work in new ipad wether att or verizon (not sure of latter) 4g let or limited hspa+ thnk input
