iPhone4s: major camera(s) problems. Help!!

i purchased brand new iphone 4s apple store 3 weeks ago. camera (as supplied) , hipstamatic , 7.0 mpx camera apps worked fine while. none of them work @ and, weirder, on photostream , camera roll several copies of photo of rolling hills i've never seen before - perhaps default image? haven't clue going on not happy bunny. ideas please??

 

ask apple. that's weird.
