how to find installed softwares on lion

friends,

had given macbook pro apple service centre in mumbai, india re-installation of ilife 11.

want check if that's software installed or other software key logger, etc has been put in mac.

there way check.?

check console hints, though might long search.
open activity monitor , select all processes , sort process name show running processes , check ones don't know via search engine + "mac process" or ask here.

using activity monitor show cpu , ram usage​
