Help! How do People Create Photos like This on Their iPhones?? (Pics)

ive been on instagram lot lately , have seen amazing photography
im blown away @ type of pics iphone can create!

know people using other 3rd party apps outside of instagram's standard filters create of these photos. these pics taken iphone 4s.

know apps out there can create of these kinds of photos?

include couple different sets of photos

*set 2* guy takes bunch of average every day photos color in every day photos pop.i doubt adjustment of contrast , saturation there seems other filters going on here

 

the 2nd set done hdr filters. camera+ app lets apply filter.

hate over-processed look. tiny amount of hdr can make photo nice not blasted these imho
