When will we see notification status bar icons?

am 1 keeps missing notifications fact iphone gives me no indication there's outstanding new notification?

i know badges supposed notify user there's notification, don't in these situations:

a) apps don't have badges,
b) when in app , 1 misses notification,
c) , when said app on page.

when think apple implement status bar icon option? think will? prefer; single icon or app app notification icon?

 

umm, can't check notification center?
