Weather and clock locations disappearing after resprings

both phoen , wifes have issue. if add or delete weather locations or world clocks show correcft, after respring or rebooting goes way before adding. similar if delete location , respring.
on ios 5.01 jb redsnow.

ideas? annoying,..

 

i'm having same problem default weather app. lets me keep local weather, added 2 more locations , every time respring, 2 locations gone thought 1 since hadn't seen other posts this!
