so at&t raising plan prices this sunday

i have 15$/200mb plan , have thought going 25$/2gb while , read at&t raising 30$/3gb... don't need 3gb (even close) , don't want pay 5$

takes in effect sunday correct?? can change before hand 25$/2gb plan??
