had purchased brand new ipad last night , noticed scratch right out of box. it's pretty deep , noticeable scratch right near headphone port. know wasn't me cause noticed before put down on tablet or anything.
question is, should deal going best buy , returning it? don't want seem pain in ass little, did spend $699 , doesn't seem right have imperfection right out of box...
it's you, best buy give sealed 1 if still got in stock.
