i on 1 lane road in south chandler, in no passing zone, wasn't legally allowed pass school bus. when school bus lights flash, , 10 other cars behind me stop.
here problem having, school bus @ around 7am in morning makes stops every 500 feet or so, puts stop sign out, flash red lights, , lets kids find seat on bus, , move on next group of kids 500 feet away.
called school district , complained consolidating bus stops, because ridiculous bus had stop ten times in 1 block, stopping cars, , causing cars up. 1 have made one, or 2 bus stops max. school district came me stating "health concerns"....so kids taught lazy walk bus stop? valley metro bus stops can 1/4 mile apart, , light rail stations every 1 mile....and can fine, don't tell me healthy high school kid can't walk 1/4th mile school bus stop. tells me gain more tickets , revenue when people start angry , pass bus illegally. how hell overlooked? not waste of gas in cars behind it, sure putting lot of wear , tear on school bus too.
can done now? school district refuses budge in how create stops, , drive down road quite @ 7am. why not use road ask? road 1 mile right of 1 cuts off mid way, , road 1 mile left of 1 under construction.
tell me "engineers" place bus stops on map, tells me, placing bus stops think convenient, , thinking nothing of traffic build causing every morning.
how old school kids? if road busy describe , kids young can see why don't want them walking down road. if bothers much, suggest leaving few minutes earlier beat bus , not stuck behind it.
