Reinstalling MS Outlook 2011

i want reinstall i'm not sure if can copy email store temp location , copy again.
understand it, email store "database" file in microsoft user data>outlook 2011 identities>main identity.
can away copying or should copy whole of microsoft user data folder structure ?

how mail handled? if on exchange server , housed there, may not need copy anything, reconnect server , pull down, , local archives?
