Moved to Lion. It's really slow and unresponsive

i moved lion on 2.66 ghz core 2 duo macbook pro, 4 gigs of ram. i'm getting spinning wheel of death time. takes forever able click on window or open folder. seems action sends 30 second wait period can't anything.

can't right. i'm running disk utility now, have no idea if that's barking wrong tree.

have similar experience after moving lion, , we're able fix it? thanks.
