Monitor wireless bandwidth usage by user...

i have airport extreme base station , me , 5 of room mates split cost of internet. using excessive bandwidth, , wondering if there way or tracking network usage possibly mac address, or figure out computer using bandwidth.
ideas?

airport has option dump logs syslog server. you'd have set 1 parse traffic logs. can painful set if you're not pretty savvy.
