Landscape Mode Problem

i don't know is, iphone locks portrait mode somehow. when check portrait mode lock setting double clicking home button isn't toggled. iphone bugged?

it's rather frustrating, way go landscape mode (that i'm aware of) turning off phone entirely , restarting it.

 

hold down home , power untill slide power off apears imediatly release power button keep holding home button untill comes springboard. should reset settings , should fine.

if doesn't work ,try restore.
