kernal panic on startup, log attached

i've picked 2008 c2d 24" 3.06 imac. computer powers up, plays start chime, goes grey screen apple logo , spinning gear comes up. after around 60sec kernal panic screen comes saying need power down computer.
i've tried booting off install cds , 10.6 usb drive made still kernel panics every time on startup.
safe mode kernel panics, trying start in verbrose or single user mode kernal panics.
holding option key allows me choose boot device.
holding d start aht kernel panics.
ram has been removed/reinserted, swaped banks , tried 1 board in no change.
i've installed different hd , still kps

after testing believe either logic board or graphics card, guys think? attached kp log indicate graphics card problem?
