iTunes disobeying my demands

i copied library external hard drive. changed "itunes media folder" new file path in itunes. works of time, apps synced ipod still appear in home directory, not drive, when drive plugged in... ideas might causing this?

 

try turning setting in itunes.. think says manage library or
