iPad 3 Syncing Problems

i having strange issue ipad 3:

have folder 7 photos, , tell ipad sync it.

syncs 1 photo.

tell ipad remove photos , stays there!

 

bump - have issue? i've noticed friend 64 bit pc has same issue.

tried ipad on 32bit laptop , worked perfectly.

else 64bit pc having photo sync issues?
