my first mar7 preorder ipad had black under-the-glass spots got replaced , 1 - except 1 thing.
won't show in itunes despite being recognized windows 7. deleted windows drivers , got reinstalled, still no recognition. isn't cord or usb port since both work iphone. mind you, previous ipad 3 connected fine , synced/backed new one, opted start fresh again.
i'm on last day return, considering upgrading 64gb, simultaneously getting 14 days of return time, more space, , possibly 1 work itunes. again, risk getting 1 obvious "screen problems" on 1 absent except highly critical 100%-brightness-every-viewing-angle-color-testing crowd (this 1 had "blacklight bleed" @ 100% brightness on black background, perhaps obvious when viewing movie still worse (or better?)).
anyyywayyy, else have problem? more importantly, tried & true solution? i've done apple suggests on troubleshooting, , did decent googling no avail, figured i'd see if here knew before possibly spend hours on phone apple repeating i've done.

edit: problem fixed. required full deletion of apple software , reinstalling itunes.
