How to turn off text customization part of theme

find themes of them change apearence of text background , or text bubbles , can't read texts, thought awhile ago there cydia tweak used able use use parts of themes on , off.... how can turn aspect of theme off?

ssh theme (or use ifile) , find parts of theme don't , delete them go default look.
