How to download school powerpoints?

hi, have minor problem ipad. of teachers post slideshows online, can not figure out how download them onto ipad. there app should getting allow me save these powerpoints ipad? if so, there 1 can use stylus , take notes onto slides? if simple has been addressed, send me link please? tried search function no luck.
