Help...getting duplicate photos when I connect camera

it's wierd. duplicate photos different. 1 little darker other. don't know if it's camera issue or iphoto issue. it's never happened before. have canon rebel t3i , when scroll through pictures on camera there aren't duplicates shows 2 when connect mac. don't understand. thanks.

its have camera set produce both jpeg , raw image every shot, , seeing both images on mac. camera shows 1 same picture.

in case, it's neither camera or iphoto issue, it's user issue
