i've been using h&r block past 2 years file taxes. year, has given me many problems. federal return keeps getting rejected, have tried 3 times. have checked , verified every single data , correct. checked can e-file , cannot still rejected. but, don't know h&r block sends. so, after third time, grew tired of , tried turbotax online. entered exact same information entered h&r block first time, no changes or omissions @ all. state accepted first (never w/ h&r block) , federal (never w/ h&r block). both taxes accepted within in 30 minutes of e-filing, whereas h&r block rejected around 4-6 hours.
error message useless cannot understand , i've googled everywhere can , scoured irs website. "32-fd-10"
else having rejection problems w/ h&r block?
i've used hr block few years , tried fiancé hers other night , wouldn't accept education credit information no matter tried. haven't had chance try stuff yet wasn't sign. hate filing taxes , system monotonous , full of loopholes hard know if you're doing things right.
