Going from a Jailbroken 5.0.1 to 5.1 on a 4S...

i know i'd lose jailbreak lose data such texts, whatsapp messages, photos etc? can update per normal or have restore?

getting pretty bad battery life since jailbroken , want see if updated 5.1 fixes that. , don't care if can't go 5.0.1. help.

 

jailbreaking should not have affected battery life, 4s battery problem in 5.0 , 5.0.1 might

upgrade, remove or turn off tweaks close possible normal, backup followed restore itunes. personal stuff still there, jailbreak gone permanently. see comment in thread:
