Can't access "featured" section of AppStore

i noticed when try going featured on app store says cannot connect itunes store. can still browse genre, update apps , on.

have iphone 4 on 5.0.1 jailbroken untethered. writing here because assume may hack related. can i've installed cydia (i haven't installed crazy, got witerboard, tried few themes, have intelliscreenx, markthatmessage , musiccenter on notification center)?

far remember has worked fine after jailbreaking.. way fix without restoring?
