anime with signs in japanesses but english subtitle beside the sign

i know on anime dvds when play anime signs , such in japanese english subtitles let sign means. when rip dvd english subtitle gone how add part in rip if have re rip dvd. use handbrake

 

you need go subtitles tab in handbrake , add subtitle track has english translation of signs, selecting burned in, imprint text onto video.
