2G/3G Toggle for CDMA iphone 4s?

i aware of sbsettings known 3g toggle functionality allowing switch on 2g/edge data speeds save battery results in complete loss of reception on cdma iphones (verizon or sprint). there other apps possess 3g toggle functionality?

i don't think there's benefit switching 1xrtt on verizon? 2g/edge totally different network on at&t side. have because of edge of 3g network, phone pull 1 bar of 3g instead of 5 of edge...
