TimeMachine alert?

i use few different external hd's using timemachine. there way timemachine alert me when it's done backing disk can switch disk? thanks!

not without third-party utility, of i'm not aware of provide functionality. @ icon... if it's not spinning, it's finished (or hasn't started).
