Power Mac G5 can't see SATA III Corsair Force SSD

so, put sata iii corsair force ssd power mac g5, sata i. drive in lower bay. it's not detected disk utility or system profiler. help? running leopard.

however, had identical drive shows when connected in usb enclosure. not sure speed enclosure is. try out drive in computer in enclosure see if it's faulty drive...

 

ok, drive worked fine when plugged in via usb. formatted hfs+ apple partition map, put in sata port of mac, still not detected.

know can jumper sata iii mechanical hard disks, way can here?
