Pandora Internet Radio not working on my MBP

i received new mbp...my first mac ever! wanted sign pandora , wouldn't let me. pop came onto screen , said must have adobe flash version 10 or later installed.

have apologize technically challenged. how determine if have adobe flash installed , if so, version have.

if not have right version, how go safely installing need?
