nothing I do will change my icloud name

ok, i've searched , searched , i've changed apple id , shows correctly wherever go check (itunes store, phone, etc.) when log icloud it's husband's name in top righthand corner. when click on , go in edit it, shows correctly name. still it's name in top corner on icloud. why? when both got our new iphones week used email address set icloud. used different address. used share email account , our itunes store account had husband's name in billing info. i've changed , still icloud calls me name. help!
