No Signal on jailbroken 3GS iphone

i'm asking friend

phone: 3gs
ios: 5.1 (9b176)
carrier: t-mobile

there signal before.. gone. things friend catch t-mobiles signal again?

tried hard reset
tried disabling 3g, turning on data roaming on , 3g on again.
don't know program friend used jailbreak i'm guessing ultrasnow?

 

i don't think there's jailbreak 5.1? double check software version. wrong though released last week doubt there jailbreak yet.
