MacMini with Lion Server

i bought macmini , went appstore buy osx lion server. have setup little office file server only. pretty need little box.

situation this. not logging often. didn't add apps other server app , toast because need disc copying often. other sit there , act solely file server. because don't log it has default screen saver, called, flurry.

question this... flurry take resources , cause cpu real load? i'd rather have screen go blank, that's screen saver default , not log in account. how can rid of it? want screen go blank , go power save on screen itself. not server, want stay , running. don't want cpu under load make screen nice.

suggestions?

 

the screensaver use cpu, seriously, amount requires such small percentage of machine has, not worth worrying about.

also, screensavers run @ low cpu priority, if processor needed other stuff, screensaver run slow while other work done.


non issue...

however, can set screen blanking time in energy saver settings in system preferences (display sleep setting).
