Let down by incipio and FedEx

ordered incipio feather thing new ipad , paid more expensive courier charge have delivered in ireland before weekend. tracked , well, 30 hours dublin , local clown of driver fails deliver, claiming nobody @ business address collect. of course there day. ring fedex complain , want refund on courier charge when tell me can't rede liver till monday. tell me must refund incipio. email them explains setup fedex , guess what, don't bother reply. 2 companies won't rushing deal again
