Just received a free G5.

well able convince job let me have old g5. great machine in day. art director , made mistake of signing off on purchasing of machine right before intel mac pros came out. took while convince them me new intel mac , ended getting me imac, faster g5 , shame, such beautifully designed computer.

anyway, got tired of seeing unused on desk asked again today , said sure, take free. excited. plan on using media center , casual computer hooked 55 inch in bedroom. killed mac mini yesterday trying upgrade cpu. makes bit.

sounds christmas! problem powermac g5s not consume max 85-110w mac mini, more 500-600w!
