Jailbroken iphone 4s Cant transfer songs

i jail broke phone not long ago. havent dont crazy it.
seems cant transfer songs or ring tones on phone.
in itunes shows phones connected usb, , under tones , music tab shows files or songs ready transferred, reason after clicking on sync nothing happens... shows on top it's preparing syn , all... done files arent transferred.

cant add playlists or in general.

know should do?
reinstalled itunes. still nothing.
