iTunes App Size

hi,

submit app xcode 4.3 , wondering size. if export .ipa ad-hoc distribution certificate, app weighs in @ 20.8 mb. change when submit itunes? remember hearing apple further compresses ipa size(~4mb).

if remember correctly, it's other way around. apple encrypts file drm purposes , recompresses it. think added 2mb apps.
