Iphone 3gs- 5.1 firmware 6.15 Baseband- keeps restarting

i have came 3gs tried unlock , jailbreak using redsnow. installed ipad baseband also. after installation took forever ipone full come on. stuck on recovery screen. have on, doesnt go no farther activation screen , keeps restarting self. suggestions??

dont have saved shsh blobs

 

how new 3gs? may have fried radio.
