iOS device as controller for Mac game?

hi, i'm in process of making game mac os (sorry, os x) requires multitouch input. right uses built in multitouch trackpad on macbook air or pro, or wireless magic trackpad or magic mouse if it's running on desktop computer, i'd make more people can play it. i'd make controller app ios devices let them connect mac app , send touch coordinates it.

if multiple ios devices connect @ once mac app, that'd superb.

suggestions on how started this? googling around found suggestions use bonjour ios device , mac "see" each other, don't know once "see" each other "talk" each other.
