In over my head.

so brought harddrive mac lion , installed on computer. did hastily , installed old beta version.

when computer rebooted had circle
line through it. made boot disc of lion , booted that. allowed me select drive boot from, chose cd , repaired disk , disk permissions , both successful.

can tell me how proceed?

wondering if toasted harddrive?

have 160gig hd restore , have few gigs on over imac, there way delete stuff disk utility without erasing whole thing can restore mac?

didn't moron i'm trying not lose music, pics, etc. please let me know if can or need further information so. in advance.

 

how did beta of lion?

can boot disk let mac app store , redownload lion installer?
