Import a Contact Group to iPhone

does know of way import group of contacts iphones , easily? here's i'm trying do:

have group of 20 people, , have iphones. there 40-person contact list load every iphone. (hopefully off of link follow online grab contacts , add them current ones).

i've looked @ iphone configuration utility, i'm not sure if this.

provide insight or possible solution? appreciate guys might able provide.

create vcard file of 40 new contacts , email 20 people. email can add new contacts default contact account.
